摘　　要：六西格玛是一套系统的业务改进方法体系，是旨在持续改进企业业务流程，实现顾客满意的管理方法。采用六西格玛管理模式对模具生产出来产品的品质进行研究，可以得出实施6西格玛管理可以很好的控制模具产品的重要尺寸，降低模具生产成本，提高生产率、和缩短周期，降低废品率。Six sigma is a system of business improvement method system, is designed to continuously improve enterprise business and realize customer satisfaction management methods. This paper studies the six sigma management to mold production out of the quality of the research, we can draw conclusion that six sigma management can be very good control mold important size and reduce production cost, increase productivity, and shorten the cycle, reduce scrap rate.
