摘　　要：目的探讨NGX6基因在结直肠癌及癌旁组织中表达情况及其与临床病理和微卫星不稳定的关系。方法应用RT-PCR检测41例结直肠癌组织及配对癌旁组织NGX6表达,并对其表达和各临床病理参数的关系进行分析。结果癌组织NGX6阳性表达率21.95%(9/41),NGX6表达强度相对值为0.16±0.08;癌旁组织阳性表达率为65.85%(26/41),强度相对值为0.35±0.15;癌与癌旁组织的表达阳性率及强度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结直肠癌组织NGX6表达与TNM分期(P<0.01),但与年龄、性别、淋巴结转移、CEA状态、微卫星状态均无关(P>0.05)。结论 NGX6基因在结直肠癌发生发展中可能扮演抑癌基因的作用,作用机制与微卫星不稳定无关,需要进一步研究。Objective To examine the expression of NGX6 gene and to investigate its association with the clinicopathological characteristics and microsatellite instability（MSI） in colorectal carcinoma（CRC）.Methods Samples from 41 patients were divided into the CRC tissue group and the matched paracancerous tissue group.Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） was used to detect the expression of NGX6 gene in the CRC and the surrounding normal tissue specimens.Results The positive rates of NGX6 in the CRC and the matched paracancerous tissues were 21.95%（9/41 and 65.85%（26/41）,and the ratios of NGX6 / Actin mRNAwere 0.16±0.08 and 0.35±0.15.There was significant difference in the two groups（P0.05）.The expression of NGX 6 gene was related to TNM stage（P0.01）,but not with age,gender,lymph node metastasis,CEA state and MSI state in CRC.Conclusion The expression of NGX6 probably plays an important role of suppressor gene in the gene transcription level in CRC.The action mechanism of NGX6 has no relationship with MSI,and is needed to further research.
