药学本科生实习中科研创新能力培养的初探

摘　　要：药学本科实习对提高药学本科生的专业水平和科研能力具有重要意义,药学本科实习不仅可以实践和巩固学生前期学习的药学基础和专业知识,学习、训练药学专业基本实验操作技能,更主要的是要引导其树立正确的科研态度,培养其积极自主的科研创新能力,提高其整体素质。本文根据作者在实习生指导工作中的一些经验,从加强实验操作技能训练;锻炼独立完成课题能力;倡导科研创新能力培养等方面,对本科生实习期间的培养方式进行了探讨。Pharmacy undergraduate practice was important to improve the professional skills and research capacity of pharmacy undergraduates.Undergraduate practice could let the students practice and consolidate the basis knowledge of pharmacy which was learned in the class,learn and train the basic laboratory skills of pharmacy,the more important was to guide and establish a correct attitude of science research,cultivate the positivism of research and innovation ability,and improve the students＇ overall quality.According to some experiences in the work of undergraduates guidance,strengthening undergraduates′ experimental operation skill,practicing the capability to exercise independent subject completion,advocating research and innovation capacity-building,and investigate the training mode in pharmacy undergraduates internship were discussed in this paper.
