摘　　要：处于不同的地理环境和历史环境当中,西方和中国在很多方面存在着很大的不同。餐饮文化是一个不能不提的重要方面,它关乎着人类的对生活和本性的理解。本文将从中西方在餐饮观念、餐具、方式、座位的安排方面的差异进行分析。In different geographical and historical environment,there are significant differences in many areas.Food culture is an important aspect to mention,because it relates to the human understanding of life and nature.This article analyzes the differences between the West and China in food and beverage concepts,methods,and seating arrangements.
