摘　　要：社会发展的进程对大众健康状况影响至深,特别是经济发展的二重属性(自由与节制)带来的社会后果很严重,对健康有很大的威胁,只有协调好二者关系,才能找到最符合社会健康需要的发展尺度。Process of social development has profound impact on public health,especially the double property（freedom and control） of the economic development has large social consequences,and has increasing threat to health.So only to coordinate the relationship between the them,can we find the most adaptive development dimension for the health needs of the community.
