复方苦参注射液联合大剂量维生素B_6预防培他滨所致手足综合征的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参注射液联合大剂量维生素B6预防卡培他滨所致手足综合征的效果。方法 65例肿瘤患者采用卡培他滨联合化疗,预防组于化疗前3天给予口服维生素B6300mg/d,联合复方苦参注射液静脉滴注至化疗结束;对照组仅给予口服维生素B6300mg/d。结果预防预防组手足综合征发生率为28.57%,且反应轻,无Ⅲ度者;对照组手足综合征发生率为53.33%,其中III度者6.67%。预防组手足综合征发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且程度轻。结论复方苦参联合大剂量维生素B6预防卡培他滨所至手足综合征疗效确定,是较理想的预防治疗方案。Objective To investigate the prophylactic effect of Fufangkushen injection combined with high-dose pyridoxal for hand-foot syndrome induced by xeloda.Methods There were 65 patients with cancer who took combination chemotherapy with xeloda,All patients were divided into 2 groups： prophylactic group and control group.Patients in prophylactic group were treated with Fufangkushen injection and high-dose pyridoxal,while those in the control group were treated with only high-dose pyridoxal.Results The incidence of hand-foot syndrome in theprophylactic group and control group were 28.75% and 53.33%,respectively,with significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Fufangkushen injection combined with highdose pyridoxal can improve the prophylactic effect of hand-foot syndrome induced by xeloda.
