摘  要:目的探讨临床路径在临床护理带教中的教学效果。方法收集资料,制定护理教学路径表及考核评价标准,在临床护理带教的各个环节中组织实施,并对具体实施过程进行阶段性的考察。结果临床路径提升了临床护理带教老师的整体素质,激发了实习护士主动学习的积极性,提高了理论知识的实际运用能力。结论临床路径提高了临床护理带教的整体水平,确保了带教质量,教学效果满意。Objective To explore the efficacy of clinical nursing teaching with clinical pathway.Methods To inspect the implementation of the clinical pathway in the nursing teaching periodically according to the forms and standard of evaluation established previously.Results Clinical pathway promoted the whole quality of teachers,inspired the activity of students nurse and improved the practical application of theories.Conclusion Clinical pathway promoted the whole nursing teaching level and ensured the teaching quality.
