马桑内酯性癫痫对大鼠肾功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究马桑内酯性癫痫对大鼠肾功能的影响。方法 :将大鼠随机分为对照组和癫痫组。分别检测两组在癫痫大发作后 10分钟时的血清肌酐 (Cr)、肾组织丙二醛 (MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力。结果 :癫痫组血清Cr含量、肾组织MDA含量较对照组升高 ,肾组织SOD活力较之降低 ,差异均具有显著性 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论 :马桑内酯性癫痫可能对大鼠肾功能造成损伤。Objective:To study the influence of Coriaria Loctone-induced epilepsy on rat's renal function .Method: 16 rats were randomly divided into the control group and the epilepsy group Creatinine(Cr) in serum ,malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in renal tissue were then determined. Results: Ten minutes after major epilepsy, Cr in serum and MDA in renal tissue content in epilepsy group were found higher than those in control group and SOD activity in renal tissue were lower than that in control group.There was significant diference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: The renal function in rat could be damaged by Coriaria Lactone-induced epilepsy.
