摘 要:目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)和血管形成与膀胱癌的发病及生物学行为之间关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测 72例膀胱癌组织和 2 1例正常膀胱组织中bFGF和第Ⅷ因子相关抗原的表达。结果膀胱癌组织中bFGF表达和微血管密度 (MVD)均显著高于正常膀胱组织 ,而且两者与肿瘤病理分级分期密切相关。肿瘤复发者的bFGF表达和MVD均显著高于无复发者 ;bFGF强阳性表达者的MVD值显著高于阴性及弱阳性表达者。结论bFGF通过促进血管形成而在膀胱癌的发生发展过程中起着重要作用 ;bFGF和MVD检测可作为膀胱癌生物学行为和预后判别的评估指标。ObjectiveTo investigate the relationships of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and angiogenesis with the development and biological behaviors of bladder cancer.MethodsThe immunohistochemical methods were adopted to examine the expression of bFGF and factor Ⅷ related antigen in tissues of 72 cases with bladder cancer and 21 specimens of normal bladder tissues.ResultsThe bFGF expression and microvessel density (MVD) in tissues of bladder cancer were higher than those in normal tissues,respectively.Both criteria were closely correlated with pathological stages and periods of the tumors.bFGF expression and MVD in recurrence cases were significantly higher than those in non recurrence ones.The MVD in bladder cancer patients with bFGF intense positive expression was significantly higher than that in those with bFGF negative and weakly positive expression.ConclusionsThe bFGF plays an important role in the development and progression of bladder cancer by promoting tumor angiogenesis.bFGF and MVD may be used as indices for discrimination of the tumor biological behaviors and its prognosis.
