新疆地区维汉妇女宫颈病变组织中Survivin与p16^(INK4a)表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨新疆地区维汉妇女宫颈疾病及其癌变组织中Survivin蛋白与p16INK4a蛋白的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,检测240例新疆地区维汉妇女宫颈病变组织中Survivin蛋白和p16INK4a蛋白的表达。维汉妇女各120例,依据病理诊断结果分为4组,非瘤变组(正常及慢性炎症组)30例,CINⅠ组30例,CINⅡ～Ⅲ组30例,宫颈鳞癌组30例。结果:宫颈病变组织中Survivin与p16INK4a蛋白在维、汉族之间的表达差异无显著性(P>0.05);随着宫颈病变程度的上升,不同组别之间Survivin与p16INK4a蛋白的表达有显著差异(P<0.05),但在CINⅡ～Ⅲ组与宫颈鳞癌组之间的表达无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Survivin蛋白和p16INK4a蛋白表达与宫颈疾病及其癌变的发生关系密切,呈正相关;Survivin蛋白和p16INK4a蛋白在新疆地区维汉妇女宫颈病变及其癌变中表达不存在民族差异。Objective：To study the expressions and significance of Survivin protein and p16INK4a protein between Uygur and Han women with cervical disease or cancer in Xinjiang.Methods：240 cases of Uygur and Han women with cervical diseases were collected for detecting the expressions of Survivin protein and p16INK4a protein in cervical lesions by using immunohistochemistry SP method.According to the pathological diagnosis,120 cases Uygur women and 120 cases Han women were divided into four groups：non-neoplasia group（normal and chronic inflammatory group）,CINⅠgroup,CIN Ⅱ~Ⅲ group,cervical squamous cell carcinoma group,each group were 30 cases.Results：There was no significant difference in the expressions of Survivin protein and p16INK4a protein between Uygur and Han women（P 0.05）;With the deterioration of cervical lesions degree,the expressions of Survivin protein and p16INK4a protein had significant difference between different groups（P0.05）,except the contrast of CIN Ⅱ~Ⅲ group and cervical squamous cell carcinoma group（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is a close and positive correlation between the expression of p16INK4a protein and Survivin protein and the incidence of cervical disease and cancer.There is no ethnic differences of the expressions of Survivin protein and p16INK4a protein between Uygur and Han women with cervical disease or cancer in Xinjiang.
