技术转移、消化吸收与产品创新绩效——一个基于中国内资高技术产业面板数据的研究

摘　　要：采用中国省际2003～2008年内资高技术产业面板数据,实证检验技术转移、消化吸收对产品创新绩效的影响。从技术引进和国内技术购买两种不同的技术转移渠道考察,研究结果显示,技术引进一方面对中国内资高技术产业产品创新绩效具有显著的直接正面影响,另一方面作为调节变量显著提升了研发经费投入对产品创新绩效的边际贡献,国内技术购买对中国内资高技术产业产品创新绩效的影响不显著,消化吸收投入对中国内资高技术产业产品创新绩效贡献明显。进一步讨论,在技术引进过程中,中国内资高技术产业要注重消化吸收投入,提升技术吸收学习能力;要进一步繁荣国内技术交易市场,为中国内资高技术产业实施国内技术购买搭建平台。Based on provincial penal data of Chinese indigenous high - tech industries during the period from 2003 to 2008, the relationship between technology transfer, adaptation ＆ assimilation and product innovation performance of Chinese indigenous high - tech industries the papers. From two different channels of technology transfer, the results show that technology introduction has the stationary and significant direct positive impact on product innovation performance of Chinese indigenous high - tech industries, and as a moderator, it upgrades the marginal contribution of R＆D expenditure on product innovation performance. In addition, the product innovation performance of Chinese indigenous high - tech enterprises is not positively influenced by domestic technology purchase, and the input for adaptation ＆ assimilation has significant and positive effects on product innovation performance of Chinese indigenous high - tech industries. Furthermore, the paper argues that the input for adaptation ＆ assimilation should be paid more attentions in order to increase the technology absorption capability of Chinese indigenous high - tech industries, and domestic technology trade - off market should be boosted up for providing the better platform for high - tech enterprises so as to promote domestic technology purchase for Chinese indige- nous high -tech industries.
