摘　　要：目的：探讨颈阔肌肌皮瓣转移修复口腔癌切除后缺损的手术方法 及其临床效果.方法：从2005 年5 月至2010年9 月,对23 例口腔癌切除后缺损应用颈阔肌肌皮瓣转移修复,其中颊癌9 例,口底癌6 例,下颌磨牙后区癌5 例,下颌牙龈癌3 例.除下颌牙龈癌3 例外,其余20 例口腔癌与颈淋巴清扫术同期进行.结果：术后皮瓣全部成活,随访6-12 个月,皮瓣外形良好,张口功能无受限,临床效果满意.结论：颈阔肌肌皮瓣手术方法 简单,血供良好,成活率高,是修复口腔癌切除后缺损一种行之有效的手术方法,值得推广.Objective： To study the method of platysma myocutaneous flap in reconstruction of oral carcinoma and evaluate the clinical effects. Methods： Form May, 2005 to Sep, 2010, 23 patients, 9 of which suffered from carcinoma in bucca, 6 in oral floor,5 in retromolar area and 3 in mandibular gingival received platysma myocutaneous flaps to restore, Except for 3 patients suffered from carcinoma of mandibular gingiva, all the other patients received radical neck dissection at the same time. Results ： All the flaps survived with acceptable appearance and without total or partial necrosis after 6-12 months＇ follow-up . The function of opening mouth had no limitation or mouth can open freely .The clinical effects were satisfying. Conclusions ： The method of platysma myocutaneous flap is simple, with high survival rate, and the blood circulation is better. It is an effective method in the reconstruction of oral carcinoma defects after surgical operation, which should he extended.
