考试焦虑引起的一般心理问题的案例报告

摘　　要：考试焦虑是目前中学生普遍面临而又迫切需要解决的现实问题,考试焦虑的形成与个体的认知评价、学习方法、应试技能、个性特征以及心理压力等多方面的的原因有关。本案例对求助者的现状进行了有关的分析,使她正确认识自身考试焦虑的原因。在咨询中采用了认知疗法与放松疗法相结合的治疗方法,以及父母的配合使求助者的心理问题得到了良好的解决。Test anxiety nowadays is a practical problem faced by many middle school students and needed to be dealt with urgently.Many factors contribute to the formation of the anxiety,such as individual cognitive evaluation,learning methods,examination skills,personality characteristics,and stress and so on.In this case,after relevant analysis of the visitor＇ symptom the psychological consultant helps the visitor understand the reason of text anxiety correctly.Cognitive therapy and relaxation therapy were adopted.The coordination of her parents also helps a lot.Finally,the visitor achieved the excepted targets.
