摘  要:目的 评价镍铬合金、钴铬合金、钛合金、纯钛4种常用牙科合金在酸性氧化电位水(EOW)浸泡消毒过程中的耐腐蚀性能.方法 将4种牙科合金分别制作的试件在EOW中流动浸泡消毒5、10、15、20min后,运用场发射扫描电镜 (FESEM)在各时段对合金表面进行观察研究.结果 随实验观察时间推移,10min后镍铬合金、钛合金与钴铬合金表面形貌均表现出明显的被腐蚀迹象,纯钛表面无明显变化.结论 EOW具有一定的腐蚀性,浸泡消毒10min内牙科合金表面未出现明显腐蚀现象.Objective To evaluate the corrosion resistance of Ni-Cr, Co-Cr,Ni-Cr-Ti and Ti alloys in electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW) immersed disinfection.Methods All alloys were immersed in EOW for 5minutes,10minutes,15minutes and 20minutes respectively, and their surface changes were observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).Results FESEM results showed that the corrosive marks on the surface of Ni-Cr, Ni-Cr-Ti,Co-Cr alloys were evident after 10minutes.There were no changes on the surface of Titanium.Conclusion There were not evident corrosive marks on the surface of dental alloys immersed in EOW within 10minutes.
