摘　　要：目的 探讨Bcl-2和FasL表达在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌（TCCs）中的临床意义及其关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测52例TCCS中Bcl-2和FasL的表达情况.结果 Bcl-2阳性表达率随肿瘤分期增高有增强的趋势,但差别无显著意义（P ＞0.05）;随肿瘤分型增高也有增强趋势,差别同样没有统计学意义（P＞0.05）.TCCs组织中Bcl-2和FasL的表达结果无相关性（P＞0.05）.结论 Bcl-2有助于肿瘤的生存,并最终导致肿瘤的发展和转移.Bcl-2基因表达不能反映TCC组织学分级情况,也不能反映TCC的浸润情况.FasL可能不参与TCC的细胞转化过程.Objective To study the relationship and clinic appliance of the expression of Bcl-2 and FasL in human bladder cancer tissues.Methods The expressions of Bcl-2 and FasL from 52 bladder cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results Bcl：2 positive expression increases with the raise of tumor degree,but without significance（P 〉 0.05）,and with strengthening tendency to tumor types,but without significance（P 〉 0.05）. Bcl-2 in TCCs tissue has no correlation with FasL expression（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Bcl-2 leads to the existence of cancer, and its development and metastasis.Bcl-2 gene expression can＇t show TCC histology or soakage,and FasL may not take part in TCC cell transformation.
