基于“卓越工程师培养计划”的电气工程及其自动化专业人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：本文系统论述了重庆理工大学电气工程及其自动化专业以CDIO教育理念为指导，以教育部实施“卓越工程师培养计划”试点为契机，进行的专业人才培养模式改革与实践。围绕“一个体系、二个核心、三个平台、四个层次、多维校企合作”等具体措施对人才培养方案进行详细解读，实践证明该专业的卓越工程师培养计划取得了良好的效果，为工程教育改革积累了经验。This paper discusses reform and practice of professional training model for electrical engineering and automation in Chongqing university of technology based on the CDIO education concept and through the opportunity of ＂excellent engineer training program＂ implemented by national ministry of education. Personnel training plan is interpreted in detail by centering on ＂one system, two nucleus, three platforms 、 four levels、 five modes and multiple dimension cooperation of college and enterprise＂, etc. Practice on this program proves that good effect has been obtained, and experience has been accumulated for engineering education reform.
