摘　　要：含有JumonjiC结构域的组蛋白去甲基化酶（JHDM）可调控多种基因的转录，影响细胞周期进程，参与癌症发生。本文就JHDM和调控细胞由DNA合成前期向DNA合成期转换的基因的关系作一综述。Several histone demethylases containing Jumonji C domain （JHDM） have been implicated in tumorigenesis arising from the trancription of the encoding genes and cell cycle control. The relationship between JHDM and the genes which regulate the G1-S phase transition is reviewed in this paper.
