摘　　要：目的研究ST2蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系和意义。方法免疫组织化学二步法对石蜡包埋胃癌组织、癌旁组织及淋巴组织染色,Western blotting检测胃癌细胞系ST2蛋白表达。结果 ST2蛋白在分化不同的胃癌组织之间、癌与癌旁、淋巴结转移与未转移组织中阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ST2蛋白与病理分化、TNM分期有关(P<0.05),Western blotting结果显示胃癌细胞系和正常胃黏膜细胞均表达ST2蛋白。结论 ST2蛋白在胃癌发展中起重要作用,可能与胃癌的分化、TNM分期有关,可能参与肿瘤细胞免疫调节。【Objectives】 The aims of our studies were to explore the expression of ST2 protein and its roles in gastric carcinoma,as well as the relationship between clinicopathological parameters and gastric carcinoma.【Methods】 By using immunohistochemistry,expression of ST2 protein was examined on Gastric carcinoma tissues from Paraffin-embedded along with Paraneoplastic tissues and lymph node tissues.Gastric carcinoma cell lines（MKN45.SGC-7901.AGS） and normal gastric cell EGS were studied for ST2 expression by western blot.【Results】 The rate of the ST2 protein positive was statistically significance among the varying differentiation gastric carcinoma（P 0.05）.ST2 protein was strongly expressed in Paraneoplastic tissue compared with Gastri carcinoma（P 0.05）.There was stronger positivity of ST2 protein in lymph node metastasis than without lymph node metastasis（P 0.05）.The positive of ST2 protein is correlated with Pathological differentiation and TNM stage（P 0.05）.Both the gastric carcinoma cell lines and contrast gastric cell EGS express ST2 protein.【Conclusion】 The expression of ST2 protein was correlated with the differentiation of gastric carcinoma and the TNM stage and lymph metastasis.We hypothesize that ST2 protein may play an important role in gastric carcinoma.The ST2 protein may involve in tumor differentiation and immune response.
