摘 要:以永磁直流电机为研究对象,进行了煤矿井下无轨胶轮电动车驱动与再生制动主回路设计,以二象限型DC-DC直流斩波器为结构,建立了再生制动模型,通过最大回馈功率制动、最大回馈效率制动、恒定力矩制动和恒定回馈电流制动4种再生制动策略的对比分析,得出了一种既能保证最大回收能量,又可保护车载蓄电池的再生制动控制策略—恒定回馈电流制动,为煤矿井下无轨胶轮电动车的高效节能运行提供了依据,具有一定的实用价值。Taking the permanent magnet DC motor as the study object,a main circuit design of the driving and regenerative braking was conducted for the trackless rubber tyre electric vehicle in underground mine.Base on the two quadrant mode DC-DC type DC chopper as a structure,a regenerative braking model was established.With the comparison analysis on the four regenerative braking Strategies,including the maximum feedback power braking,the maximum feedback efficiency braking,constant torque braking and constant feedback current braking,the constant feedback current braking was obtained as a regenerative braking control strategy to ensure the maximum energy recovery and to protect the battery on the vehicle.The regenerative braking control strategy could provide the basis for the high efficient and energy conservation operation of the trackless rubber tyre electric vehicle in the underground mine and would have a certain application value.
