综合医院精神医学科会诊病例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的了解沈阳市综合医院精神医学科联络会诊住院病人的原因、科室分布、病种构成及治疗情况。方法对所有要求精神医学科会诊的住院病人资料进行统计分析。结果病种构成中以焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍和认知障碍最为常见(抑郁障碍30.6%,焦虑障碍26.9%,认知障碍11.4%);会诊科室分布以神经内科及心血管内科为主(神经内科23.7%,心血管内科17.8%);SSR I和SNR I类及非典型抗精神病药和苯二氮卓类药物占精神科药物使用的前3位。结论综合医院精神医学科联络会诊非常重要。Objective To understand the spirit of general hospital all-around-doctors contact in hospitalized patients consultation,reason,and distribution,the department and treatment.Methods all requirements for all-around-doctors consultation were analyzed.Results Anxiety disorders,depression disorder and cognitive impairment were the most common（depression disorder,anxiety disorders 26.9% 30.6%,cognitive impairment 11.4%）;Consultation with nerve medicine and distribution of the department of cardiovascular medicine primarily（nerve medicine 23.7%,cardiovascular medicine 17.8%）;SSRI and SNRI class and atypical antipsychotics and benzodiazepine drugs accounted the three.Conclusion Contact consultation in department of psychiatry general hospital is very important.
