摘　　要：目的探讨大学生自杀可能性。方法按年级整群抽取某高校6817名大学生,使用自杀可能性量表（SPS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SA S）和自编自杀行为量表进行测试。结果 SPS各分量表中绝望量表、自杀意念量表、负性自评量表、敌意量表和总分的相关均极显著（r=0.786,0.724,0.715,0.732;P〈0.001）;SPS总的C ronbach＇sα系数为0.89,重测信度为0.55~0.78之间;SPS量表总分与自杀行为量表、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表之间的相关均极显著（r=0.410,0.715,0.625;P〈0.001）。结论自杀可能性量表（SPS）中文版可以在我国大学生中使用。Objective To explore the suicide probability of undergraduates.Methods By means of cluster sampling method,a total of 6817 college freshmen were tested with SPS,SDS,SAS and a self-promoted suicidal behavior scale.Results There were significant correlations between SPS item,subscale,and total scores（r=0.786,0.724,0.715,0.732;P0.001）;the total scale＇ alpha coefficient was 0.89,and the test-retest correlation coefficient of the questionnaire ranged form 0.55 to 0.78;SPS item,subscale,and total scores correlated significantly to the scores of self-promoted suicide scale,depression and anxiety（r=0.410,0.715,0.625;P0.001）.Conclusion The scale is reliable,effective,and sensitive that can be applied to evaluate undergraduates＇ suicide probability.
