摘 要:针对煤化工专业毕业生就业难,企业招聘也难这一不正常现象进行了深入分析,指出其原因是煤化工专业人才培养体系存在理论与实践应用脱节、毕业生工程实践动手能力及工程设计能力差等问题,导致毕业生不能满足现代企业需求。提出围绕学生职业发展和行业企业未来需求强化工程实践能力、工程设计能力及工程创新能力培养,科学合理安排理论教学和实践教学内容、方式及时间节点,构建有利于综合能力和职业素养提升的人才培养体系。An abnormal phenomenon was closely analyzed which includes difficult employment of graduates with professionals in the coal chemical industry. The principle reasons for this phenomenon are: the disconnection between the theory and practical applications in professional talent training, poor practical engineering abilities Of graduates arid poor engineering design ability. These problems lead to the graduates inability to meet the needs of modern enterprise. The need to strengthening training in these areas, namely, engineering practice, design and innovation, was centered around student development, the future industry and enterprise needs, the content, manner and time node of theory and practice teaching through scientific and logical planning to achieve a talent training system which will promote a comprehensive and professional educational system.
