非小细胞肺癌患者血清肝细胞生长因子及转化生长因子-β的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达,阐明HGF、TGF-β在NSCLC疾病的侵袭和进展中的作用。方法采用ELISA法检测72例术前NSCLC患者(NSCLC组)和70例健康体检者(对照组)血清HGF、TGF-β水平。结果 NSCLC组血清HGF、TGF-β均显著高于对照组,相比较差异有显著性(t=4.046,3.994,P<0.05)。临床分期Ⅳ期的血清HGF、TGF-β水平显著高于Ⅲ期,相比较差异有显著性(t=3.941,3.898;P<0.05);肿瘤低分化组血清HGF、TGF-β水平明显高于高中分化组,相比较差异有显著性(t=3.471,3.656;P<0.05);发生肿瘤转移组血清HGF、TGF-β水平显著高于肿瘤未转移组,相比较差异有显著性(t=3.357,3.615;P<0.05)。血清HGF、TGF-β水平在性别、年龄和肿瘤病理类型之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 HGF、TGF-β在NSCLC血清中呈高表达,NSCLC患者术前血清HGF、TGF-β水平与肿瘤临床分期、肿瘤分化程度和肿瘤转移有关,高水平的HGF、TGF-β表明NSCLC疾病的侵袭和进展。【Objective】 To study the changes and clinical significances of serum hepatocyte growth factor（HGF） and transforming growth factor-β（TGF-） in patients with non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）,and clarify the effect of HGF and TGF-β in invasion and progression of NSCLC.【Methods】 The serum HGF and TGF-βexpression from 73 cases of NSCLC patients,70 cases of healthy volunteers（control group） were detected by ELISA method.【Results】 The serum HGF and TGF-βlevels of the NSCLC group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was significant（t =4.046,3.994;P 0.05）.The serum HGF and TGF-βlevels of the stage Ⅳwere significantly higher than stage Ⅲ,and the difference was significant（t =3.941,3.898;P 0.05）.The serum HGF and TGF-β levels of the poorly differentiated tumor group were significantly higher than the high-moderately differentiated tumor,and the difference was significant（t =3.471,3.656;P 0.05）.The serum HGF and TGF-β levels of the tumor metastasis group were significantly higher than the tumor without metastasis group,and the difference was significant（t =3.357,3.615;P 0.05）.The serum HGF and TGF-β levels were significant different in the gender,age and tumor histological type（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 The HGF and TGF-β have high expression in serum of NSCLC,the preoperative serum HGF and TGF-β levels have a correlation with clinical stage,tumor differentiation and metastasis,and the high expression of HGF and TGF-β prompts the invasion and progression of the NSCLC.
