摘　　要：目的探讨CD133和CD44在前列腺癌中的表达及意义。方法 72例前列腺癌组织标本作为病例组,以33例正常前列腺组织作为观察组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测二组CD133和CD44的表达,并分析其不同临床病理特征中表达的差异。结果观察组中CD133和CD44的表达阳性率均明显高于对照组,差异均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),CD133和CD44的表达与前列腺癌病理分级分级,临床分期,远处转移等指标密切相关(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌中CD133和CD44异常表达,二者在前列腺癌中发挥重要作用.【Objective】 To explore the expression and significance of CD133 and CD44 in cancer of prostate.【Methods】 72 cases with cancer of prostate specimens were collected as observation group,33cases of normal prostate tissues were collected as control group.The expressions of CD133 and CD44 in the two groups were analyzed by immunohistochemical technique,and pathological features of expression differences were analyzed too.【Results】 The CD133 and CD44 expression positive rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.CD133 and CD44 expression in prostate cancer and pathological grading,clinical staging,metastasis and other indicators were closely related（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 Abnormal expression of CD133 and CD44 plays an important role in prostate cancer.
