摘　　要：道德与经济具有内在一体性,道德内生于经济并具有不容忽视的经济价值。二元思维将道德与经济对立,导致道德的经济价值被遮蔽,道德乱象丛生。审视二元思维下道德与经济的对立,厘清道德的非独立性存在样态,明晰道德与经济的内在一体性,是确立市场经济道德法则,走出当前经济领域道德困境的基本前提。Moral and economics are internal fusion. Moral is born in economics, and its economic value can not be ignored. In the binary opposition thinking, moral and economics are opposite. This view makes people obscure the economic value of moral, and lead to the moral disorder. To resolve it and establish the moral law to the market economy, we should review the binary opposition thinking of moral and economics, clarify the non-independence of moral and clear the internal fusion of moral and economics.
