摘  要:在受电弓滑板与接触网系统中,二者因滑动接触产生的摩擦磨损量与它们之间的接触载荷有直接关系。在保证载流性能条件下,较小的载荷出现电弧侵蚀磨损,较大的载荷会导致机械磨损。笔者通过对浸铜碳滑板两种滑板材料与铜锡导线的对磨实验,研究了在固定载流和运行速度情况下载荷与磨损量的数值关系,进而根据检测数据,以载荷为输入、磨损量为输出进行神经网络训练,得出其相互关系模型,并进行模型验证。在此模型基础上,采用优化算法进行输出磨损量最小的参数寻优过程,从而得到最小磨损量对应的最佳输入载荷,实现实际工况下最优载荷的确定。As in catenary-pantograph system, the amount of wear caused by the sliding contact is affected by the contact force. When the load is smaller, there will be erosion resistance wear; at the other hands, there will be mechanism wear when the load is bigger. So some experiments using carbon sliding panel infiltrated with copper have been taken to find the relationship between the load and wear. In these experiments, there were a lot of data at the condition of different Values of current and velocity. And then the data will be trained using the BP nerve-network method, whose input is the load and output is the wear data. Also black-box model should be validated using the other data. Based on this, an optimization algorithm will be used to the black-box model to find the best value of the load, which makes the wear minimal.
