摘　　要：本文首先就技术转移对高技术企业区位分布的影响进行理论分析并提出相关假说,然后通过构建技术转移指标体系和高技术企业区位分布指标体系;运用SPSS对其进行主成分分析;构建出我国技术转移指数和高技术企业区位分布指数;运用回归分析方法测度两个指数的适应性和协调性;然后对未来发展状况做出预测,结果表明我国技术转移对高技术企业区位分布具有一定的提升和促进作用。本文最后指出我国当前技术转移和高技术企业发展中存在的问题,并对我国技术转移和高技术企业区位分布的优化提出政策建议。Theoretical analysis on the influence and policy implication of technology transference on location distribution of high-tech enterprises in China is conducted with the relative hypotheses at the beginning of this paper,then the system of technology transference index and high-tech enterprises location distribution index is constructed with principal component analysis,thus the index numbers of technology transference and high-tech enterprises location distribution are constructed.The adaptability and coordination of the two index numbers are tested and the prediction of future development shows that technology transference has upgrading and promoting effect on the location distribution of high-tech enterprises of China.The problems in the development of technology transference and high-tech enterprises and the policy recommendations concerning the optimization of technology transference and high-tech enterprises location distribution are proposed at the end of this paper.
