摘　　要：探讨AM800型多仓混棉机供棉方式的改造效果。介绍了多仓混棉机的运行现状,分析了存在的诸多问题,阐述了改造思路和改造过程,并针对变频器PID的功能调试进行了详细说明。实践表明:改造后的供棉方式提高了供棉系统的稳定性、快速性和准确性。认为:低成本连续供棉系统改造既可有效地控制生产成本,又可提升设备运行效率和生产质量。Modification effect of AM800 multi-bin mixer cotton supply system was discussed. Operation situation of muhi-bin mixer was introduced. The existing problems were analyzed. Modification thinking and process were introduced, function adjustment of frequency converter PID was introduced in details. The practice shows that stability,rapid, accurate of cotton supply system are improved after modification. It is considered that production cost can be controlled effectively, equipment efficiency and production quality can be upgraded by the lower cost continuous cotton supply system.
