两性霉素B滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜溃疡效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨两性霉素B滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法用0．15％两性霉素B滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜溃疡21例21只眼。结果21只眼中治愈18只眼，3只眼经药物治疗无效行手术治疗，其中2只眼行羊膜移植术，1只眼行眼内容剜出术，药物治疗的总治愈率为85．7％。结论两性霉素B滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜溃疡具有较好的疗效。Objective To discuss the clinical results of amphotericin B eye drops in treating fun- gal corneal ulcer. Methods Twenty-one patients （21 eyes） suffered from fungal corneal ulcer were treated by 0.15% amphotericin B eye drops. Results Among the 21 eyes, 18 were cured, 3 underwent surgery because of ineffective drug therapy, 2 of them underwent anmiotic membrane transplantation, and 1 of them underwent evisceration. The total cure rate of the drug was 85.7%. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of amphotericin B eye drops in treating fungal corneal ulcer is satisfied.
