摘　　要：综述了近几年燕麦在食品工业中的应用,分析了燕麦食品存在的问题,探讨了其发展趋势,旨在为深入研究燕麦提供资料。The use of oat in the food industry in recent years was reviewed. The problems of oat food were analyzed, and its development trend discussed, with a view of providing some references for the in-depth researches concerned.
