摘  要:任何一次大的危机,往往是一个大浪淘沙的过程。韩国在过去的十年间,先后经历了两次金融危机的打击。面对危机,韩国和韩国企业先是实施大刀阔斧的内部结构调整,之后立即投入到全面的全球化进程中。本文以三星电子、LG电子等韩国先进企业为例,重点剖析了其新兴市场战略、经营理念与经营模式的创新及其成效。而韩国先进企业全球化战略的成功,则离不开特定的宏观环境和政府政策的有力支持。It is believed that a financial crisis is a selective process in which only the superior enterprises survive. In the past ten years, South Korea has experienced two financial crises. To face them, South Korea and its enterprises have firstly conducted some drastic internal structural adjustments, and then rendered themselves into the operation of globalization. This paper analyses the emerging market strategies, management concepts as well as innovations in management and their effects on Samsung Electronics LG Electronics and other advanced enterprises in South Korea. It is concluded that the success of global strategy for South Korea advanced enterprises cannot be achieved without the specific macro environment and the support of policy by the government.
