摘 要:首先介绍了并联振动筛和直线筛2种试验样机的工作原理及设计试验方案,提出用透筛率p和筛分效率η2个指标衡量筛分效果;然后从同量物料的完全筛分、同量物料在不同时间段内筛分两方面进行试验比较论证,试验表明,并联振动筛的筛分效率、透筛率分别比直线振动筛约提高10%、15%;最后利用ZRN-500型数字扭矩仪精确测定了并联振动筛的输出扭矩曲线,为其驱动电动机的选择提供了依据。The paper introduced the working principle of experimental prototype of the parallel vibrating screen and the line vibrating screen,and designed the experimental procedure.And then it proposed that the rate of pass sieves p and screening efficiency η are used to evaluate the screening effect.The experiment for both material screened completely and screened at different time were conducted,the result showed that the screening efficiency and the rate of pass sieves of the parallel vibrating screen were higher by 10% and 15% than the line vibrating screen respectively.Finally,the output torque curve of the parallel vibrating screen was obtained accurately by ZRN-500 digital torque device,which provided basis for the selection of driving motor.
