摘  要:目的:检测猪骨羟基磷灰石(Porcine hydroxyapatite,PHA)对MG63细胞株增殖、分化的影响,探讨PHA的体外生物学性能。方法:取猪骨松质用高温烧结的方法制备PHA压片并在其上接种MG63细胞株,分别在3、7、10 d用CCK-8(Cell counting kit-8)实验和碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,ALP)实验检测细胞的增殖及体外矿化能力。结果:相较于阴性对照,PHA组明显促进了MG63细胞的增殖,但对其ALP活性无显著影响。结论:PHA作为一种潜在的骨替代材料,有良好的生物相容性。Objective:This study was to determine the effect of PHA on the proliferation and ALP activity of MG63 in order to evaluate in vitro biological properties of PHA.Method:PHA was synthesized with chemical and thermal treatment from porcine cancellous bone and compacted to form discs on which MG63 cells were planted.3,7,10 days after planting MG63 cells on PHA discs,CCK-8 assay and ALP activity tests were performed to evaluate the activity of proliferation and in vitro mineralization of cells.Result:Compared to the control,PHA significantly increased the proliferation of MG63 planted on it.Whereas no significant influence on the ALP activity was observed.Conclusion:As a potential bone substitute material,PHA possesses great biocompatibility and bone conductivity.
