摘  要:目的:评价去蛋白处理对牙面微观结构和晶体学性能的影响。方法:选取因正畸治疗所需拔除的健康前磨牙1颗,在流水冷却下用慢速锯沿牙长轴制备剖面。借助微区衍射分析和扫描电镜检测,比较经10%NaOH溶液在40℃水浴条件下处理2 h前后样本的变化。结果:天然牙釉质不同区域的衍射谱线之间差异明显;但化学处理后,牙釉质衍射谱线间的差异减小,且牙面粗糙度增加。结论:去蛋白处理能够有效去除牙面所含的有机成分,且对牙面有机物含量较高的区域的微结构及晶体学性能改变显著。Objective:To evaluate the microstructure and minor crystallographic changes of deproteinated dental surfaces.Method:One caries-free human premolar was bisected labiolingually along its long axis.High-resolution X-ray microdiffraction in combination with scanning electron microscopy had been applied to the section before and after 10 % NaOH treatment for two hours.Result: Relative homogeneous diffraction patterns were showed in chemical treated enamel rather than some unique peaks revealed in natural enamel.Dental surface became rougher after deproteinated procedure.Conclusion:Microstructure and crystallographic properties of dental surface are significant changed by the deprotein treatment.And the effect is more serious in dentin as it contains more organic components.
