国内康复新液治疗ROU的循证医学分析

摘　　要：目的:从循证医学的角度评价康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效及其研究质量。方法:采用Cochrane系统评价的方法,计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)和中国医学生物资料数据库(CBM)中关于康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的随机对照试验(RCT)。将文献按照纳入和排除标准进行资料提取、方法学评价和整理后,依据循证医学的方法进行分析。结果:共检索到文献20篇,基本符合RCT标准的文献有11篇。但文献质量较低,都存在一定的问题,无法进行Meta分析。就目前的文献分析得知,康复新液在复发性口腔溃疡的治疗中有较好的疗效。结论:目前在康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡方面的研究较少,质量较低,不能为其对该病的治疗提供最佳证据。临床中需要更多的、科学严谨的RCT研究类的文献,指导康复新液对复发性口腔溃疡的治疗。Objective：To determine the effectiveness of Kang fuxin liquid on recurrent oral ulcer（ROU） reported by articles and to assess the quality of the studies by evidence-based medicine（EBM）.Method：The Cochrane review＇s method was adopted and computer-based retrieval was performed on The CNKI,wanfangdata,VIP and CBM to collect randomized controlled trials（RCTs） showing the clinical effcacy of Kang fuxin liquid treating ROU.The study was selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the data were collected,and the methodological quality of the included studies was evaluated by EBM.Result：There were totally 20 articles examined and only 11 of them mainly met the criteria.Meta analysis was not possible due to the low quantity and poor quality.However,as far as the published articles concerned,Kang fuxin liquid showed good effect in the treatment in ROU.Conclusion：There are not enough articles about Kang fuxin liquid in the treatment in ROU.The quantity and quality of the reviewed studies are far from satisfaction and can not meet the clinical needs.Further trials of high methodological quality need to be undertaken in order to guide our clinical practice in the treatment in ROU.
