摘　　要：利用HRDI对2010年天津市社区卫生人力资源数据进行统计分析,了解目前天津市社区卫生人力资源分布的均衡性,为进一步科学合理分配社区卫生人力资源提供参考依据。The data of human resources for community health services in 2010 in Tianjin was statistically analyzed by health resources density index.And the equilibrium of human resource allocation was studied.Based on which,reference for scientifically and reasonably distributing community health human resources was put forward.
