摘　　要：知识共享的协同效应促使团队成员为获取更大的整体效益而采取积极的合作策略,在追求共同利益的同时更关注各自在团队中所起的作用以及所获得的共享收益。本文通过DEA博弈模型,根据团队成员间知识共享的影响因子,建立团队知识共享度评估指标,使用改进逼近理想解排序方法得到贴近度最高的团队类型,通过计算Shapley值得出成员在团队内部知识共享的边际贡献值,最后通过实例计算证实该方法是可行的。The synergistic effect of knowledge sharing should urge the team members to take active cooperation strategies in order to achieve greater integral benefit,and they should pay more attention to their role in the team and their acquired sharing interest while in pursuit of common interest.In this paper,the DEA Game Model is used to establish the team knowledge sharing evaluation indices in accordance with the influencing factors of knowledge sharing between team members.Then,the paper obtains the closest team types by the use of the TOPSIS method,and obtains the marginal contribution value of the members in the team inner knowledge sharing by computing the Shapley value.Finally,case calculation proves that this method is feasible.
