摘　　要：在大量的草书医方判读相当困难而致西夏文医方解读相对滞后的背景下,本文尝试从单个方药芍药柏(檗)皮丸的解读入手,探讨西夏文医方解读的途径。在系统梳理出中医文献中各种芍药柏(檗)皮丸不同配伍、不同记载的基础上,对同名的西夏文草书药方反复辨识,识录出了一篇基本清晰、完整的西夏文芍药柏(檗)皮丸。这一药方大致可与金代医学家刘完素的守真芍药柏(檗)皮丸勘同。There are many medical documents among the Tangut documents. Translating these documents accurately is very difficult, however, owing to the poor legibility of their cursive handwriting as well as limited medical knowledge. This paper attempts to find a way to decipher the Tangut medical manuscripts by interpreting a single prescription, Shaoyao-bopi-wan. There are different records of this prescription in traditional Chinese Medicine documents. Through a comparative study of the records on Shooyao-bopi-wan, a basically clear and complete Tangut prescription of Shaoyao-bopi-wan has been identified and copied, which might be translated from Chinese ＂Shaoyao-bopi-wan＂ created by LIU Wansu, a Jin Dynasty medical scientist
