摘 要:精密伺服系统中需要高精度、大驱动能力的正弦波振荡源为大负载旋转变压器提供激磁信号,为了满足精密伺服系统对于高精度振荡源的设计需求,基于可编程振荡器AD2S99实现了一种新型的适用于旋转变压器的正弦波振荡源,主要介绍了硬件电路的工作原理,对电路进行了PSPICE仿真和实际编码系统测试。测试结果证明,该设计满足大负载旋转变压器的驱动要求,可用于代替价格昂贵、供货周期长的国外专用振荡源芯片;且成本低、电路结构简单、实用性强。The resolver with large load in servo system is supplied with excitation signal by high accuracy sine wave oscillator with large driving capability. A new sinusoidal oscillator source suitable for the resolver was designed based on programmable oscillator AD2S99, the hardware circuit was illustrated, PSPICE simulation and real testing in servo system was implemented. Test results prove that the demand of the resolver with large load is satisfied and the foreign dedicated oscillator source chips, which are expensive and time-consuming to purchase, is substituted. The design has low cast, simple structure and high practicable.
