摘　　要：系统地论述了"补肾生髓成肝"新的治疗法则的概念,继承"生机学说"、创新"肝主生发"的理论基础,"髓生肝"的生理机制、"髓失生肝"的病因病机及其治疗法则的理论体系和科学内涵。探讨了"补肾生髓成肝"早期干预、全程监控、动态个体化治疗的临床运用时机,以"形质毁坏"(组织损伤)、"形质衰败"(功能衰竭)、甚或整体"形体衰败"为基础的客观量化标准,"中间指标"结合"结局指标"的临床疗效考核标准。并简要介绍了"补肾生髓成肝"调控肝再生防治肝病的研究进展,推动中医药理论的突破与创新。This paper systematically expounds the concept about therapy rule of ＂nourishing kidney to produce marrow and form liver＂,theoretical foundation of inheriting ＂vitality theory＂ and innovating ＂the liver governing growth＂ theory.This paper also expounds the theoretical system and scientific intention about physiological mechanism of ＂marrow producing liver＂,etiology and treatment law of ＂marrow producing liver abnormally＂.It discusses the clinical use time of that the therapy rule of ＂nourishing kidney to produce marrow and form liver＂ about early intervention,full monitoring and dynamic individual therapy.It also discusses the objective quantitative standard of which based on ＂form and substance destruction＂（tissue damage）,＂form and substance decline＂（function failure）,or even overall ＂form and substance decline＂,and the clinical effect assessment index that combining ＂middle index＂ with ＂end index＂.It also briefly introduces research progress of that using the therapy rule of ＂nourishing kidney to produce marrow and form liver＂ regulates liver regeneration to prevent and cure liver diseases.The therapy rule of ＂nourishing kidney to produce marrow and form liver＂ promotes the breakthrough and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
