摘  要:目的用电子舌技术对枳实(Aurantii Fructus Immaturus)药材产地来源进行鉴别。方法通过电子舌对不同产地样品的响应特点建立产地分类模型,用主成分分析(PCA)和判别因子分析(DFA)来判断测试枳实药材的产地归属,并用高效液相色谱法进行验证。结果市售的枳实药材主要分为江西类和四川类,电子舌对4种测试枳实药材的判断结果被高效液相色谱法所验证。结论电子舌能够有效鉴别未知产地来源的枳实药材。OBJECTIVE To identify the sources of different Aurantii Fructus Immaturus utilizing electronic tongue technology. METHODS Principal component analysis and discriminant factor analysis were constructed to assess the response similarities of various Aurantii Fructus Immaturus based on classification model. The sources of the unknown Aurantii Fructus Immaturus were further identified, and the results were verified by HPLC fingerprint. RESULTS Aurantii Fructus Immaturus in the market were divide into two categories and the recognition result of tested Aurantii Fructus Immaturus was consistent with the HPLC result. CONCLUSION Electronic tongue technology is very efficient in the identification of the unknown Aurantii Fructus Immaturus.
