旋覆代赭汤对反流性食管炎模型大鼠食管及血浆TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察旋覆代赭汤对反流性食管炎(RE)模型大鼠食管及血浆TNF-α的影响。方法:将110只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假手术组及模型制备组,造模后第5天,将成活的模型大鼠随机分为4组,即模型对照组、旋覆代赭汤原方组、倍用甘补组、西药对照组,干预14天后,观察模型大鼠食管及血浆中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达情况。结果:原方组、倍用甘补组及西药组大鼠食管组织TNF-α含量较模型组明显降低,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05),倍用甘补组及原方组与西药组比较,食管组织TNF-α含量降低更加显著,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:旋覆代赭汤可以通过调节食管及血浆TNF-α水平,干预炎症反应过程,改善食管组织的炎症反应和舒缩功能,对反流性食管炎起到治疗作用。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction on the level of TNF-α in esophagus and serum of RE rat.Method：110 Wistar rats were randomized into control group,sham-operated group and model group.On the fifth day after the model was made,the model group was randomized into model control group and treatment group.The latter was again randomized into Xuanfu Daizhe decoction group,modified Xuanfu Daizhe decoction with double of the herbs sweet in flavor and of tonifying group,and western medicine group.The expressions of TNF-α in esophagus and serum of these rats were observed on the 14th day of medication.Result：The level of TNF-α in esophagus was significantly lower in treatment group than in model group（P0.05）and compared with the western medicine group,the levels in Xuanfu Daizhe decoction and the modified Xuanfu Daizhe decoction group were much lower（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xuanfu Daizhe decoction managed to treat GRED by controlling the level of TNF-α in esophagus and serum,reducing inflammatory response as well as regulating the contraction and relaxation of esophagus.
