摘　　要：目的:探索目前中医药在治疗抑郁症机制方面的动物实验研究进展。方法:收集、整理、分析了近5年来抑郁症的动物模型及单味药材、中药复方或针灸治疗抑郁症机制的动物实验研究文献。结果:中药治疗抑郁症是通过多途径、多靶点、多层次来实现的,作用温和,副作用小,效果显著。结论:中医药治疗抑郁症已取得了明显的成效,显示出良好的应用前景。Objective：To study the current traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression mechanisms in animal experimental research.Methods：Literatures about analysis on depression animal model and single medicine,TCM compound formula or animal research on mechanism of acupuncture treatment of depression in the past five years were collected and summarized.Results：TCM on treating depression is completed through multi-channels,multi-targets and multi-levels,with mild side effects.Conclusion：TCM treating depression has achieved remarkable results and has good prospects.
