摘　　要：为适应新时期高校实验室建设的改革,本校结合自身的特点和现有条件对实验室进行重组和优化,建立了教学实验中心,实行一级管理体制,优化资源配置,最大限度实现资源共享。在本校自身实践获得的经验基础上,文章对一级管理体制的理论进行了全面总结与阐述。In order to adapt the reform to the laboratory construction in new time,our school carried on the reform to the laboratory and established the teaching experiment center.We realize the first-level management system,optimize the resources distribution and share the resources ultimately.Through our own practice,we obtain many valuable experience.This article comprehensively elaborates the first-level management system＇s theory.
