摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是消化系统常见病,文章从病因病机、整体观指导下的综合治疗论述王垂杰教授治疗CAG经验。王垂杰教授将CAG病机概括为气虚、郁热、血瘀。综合治疗CAG开拓了治疗新思路。Chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）is common in diseases of digestive system.This article introduces TCM experiences of Professor WANG Chui-jie on the aspects of causes,pathogenesis,and treatment according to the concept of viewing the entire situation.Professor WANG Chui-jie summarize the causes and pathogenesis of CAG into deficiency of Qi,heat accumulation,and stasis of blood.Comprehensive therapy of CAG,a treatment innovation,that achieve remarkable effects.
