不同技术创新投入结构下的企业成长性分析——以浙江省高新技术企业为例

摘　　要：以浙江省1059家高新技术企业为研究对象,以突变级数理论为基础,构建了高新技术企业成长指数模型,进行了成长性分析评价。同时,对企业的技术创新投入结构进行了分析总结,并与企业的成长性进行了相关分析。研究表明,企业独立研发与自身的成长性正相关,而研发经费投入与研发人员投入没有对其成长性产生相应的作用。因此,高新技术企业应加强对研发经费和人员投入的使用与管理,并提高自身的独立研发能力。Based on catastrophe progression method,this paper takes 1059 high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province as research objects,establishes growth indexes model and makes analysis on growth.Meanwhile,it analyses and summarizes the technology innovation input structure,and correlation analyses with growth.The study shows that independent research and development has obviously positive effect on enterprise＇ growth,while RD funds input and RD personnel input didn＇t contribute enough to growth which are supposed to;therefore,high-tech enterprises should strengthen the use and management of RD funds input and RD personnel input,and meantime improve their ability of independent research and development.
