TGF-β1在成釉细胞瘤中的表达及其与基质金属蛋白酶2的关系

摘　　要：目的研究TGF-β1及MMP-2在成釉细胞瘤(AB)中的表达,探讨TGF-β1与成釉细胞瘤临床生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组化EliVisionTM plus法检测成釉细胞瘤和牙源性角化囊性瘤(KCOT)中TGF-β1蛋白及MPP-2蛋白的表达,结果数据用SPSS13.0统计软件包进行统计学分析。结果 TGF-β1蛋白在KCOT、AB中的阳性表达率逐渐增高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且AB中复发组高于原发组(P<0.01),但TGF-β1在AB各病理类型中表达无统计学差异,各组间比较(P>0.05)。MMP-2在AB中的表达均显著升高(P<0.05),MMP-2的表达在复发AB中高于原发AB(P<0.05),各病理类型(如:一般型与单囊型、滤泡型与丛状型)之间均无统计学差异(P>0.05),TGF-β1蛋白及MMP-2蛋白在AB中的表达呈正相关(r=0.26,P<0.05)。结论 TGF-β1及MMP-2与AB的临床生物学行为密切相关,可能是AB发生浸润、复发的重要机制。Objective To investigate the expression of TGF-β1 in ameloblastoma to explore its role in the clinnical biologic behavior of ameloblastoma（AB）.Methods EliVisionTM plus 2-step immunochemistry staining method were applied to detect protein of TGF-β1 and MMP-2 in ameloblastoma,and odontogenic keratocyst（KCOT）,and all the data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software package.Results The expression of TGF-β1 protein in AB increased（P0.05）,and it showed up-regulated in recurrent ameloblastom compared with primary（P0.01）,but there was no significant difference in histological types（P0.05）.The expression of MMP-2 protein in AB significantly increased than KCOT（P0.05）,and it showed up-regulated in recurrent ameloblastom compared with primary（P0.05）,but there was no significant difference in histological types（P0.05）.The expression of MMP-2 correlated of that of TGF-β1.Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and TGF-β1 might be close to the biological behavior of AB,and it may promote the invasion,recurrence of AB.
