摘 要:近年来,我国食品安全事件层出不穷,食品安全已成为公众关注的焦点,也成为食品行业发展的要素。因此,探究合理的解决途径、梳理食品流通的环节与链条已成为当前我国食品行业发展的当务之急。建立健全食品信息平台,能够使监督管理更规范、信息查询更便捷、流通环节更透明、责任更清晰。本文对食品安全信息化平台建设进行探讨,对平台的建设方法和亟待解决的问题加以分析。In recent years, food safety events have been growing and food safety has become a focus of public attentionas well as a factor in the development of the food industry. Therefore, to explore a reasonable solution, combine food circulation link chain have become the top priority of the current development of China's food industry. Establishing and improving food information platform can make the supervision and management more standardized, offering more convenient information inquiry, more transparent circulation, clearer responsibility. This paper discusses food safety information platform, analyzes the building of the platform and the problems to be solved.
