摘 要:分析了柞蚕 4个亲本、8个杂种F1代的五龄幼虫消化液蛋白酶活性与主要经济性状的相关性。结果表明 ,消化液蛋白酶活性与全茧量、茧层量、茧层率和蛹重的相关性差 ,与蛹期生命率、收蚁结茧率、单蛾结茧数、单蛾茧层量、单蛾收茧量均呈显著或极显著正相关。杂种F1代的消化液蛋白酶活性的杂种优势率与其相关性状的杂种优势率也呈极显著正相关。认为F1代消化液蛋白酶活性的提高 ,是其相关性状杂种优势形成的一个原因。F1代消化液蛋白酶活性强度 ,作为一个生化指标 。Fifth-instar larvae of 8 F 1 tusser (Antheraea pernyi) and their 4 parents were used to study the relationship between protease activity in their digestive fluid and their economic characters. Protease activity was found to be little correlated with cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight, cocoon shell percentage or pupa weight, and significantly or highly significantly correlated with survival rate of pupa, the ratio of cocoon harvest to beginning tusser rearing, per-moth cocoon yield (by number or by weight) and per-moth cocoon shell weight. It follows that the increase in protease activity in the digestive fluid may be the cause for the expression of heterosis in the F 1s. It is, therefore, concluded that protease activity may be adopted as a biochemical indicator to predict the performance of the related characters in the F 1s.
