摘  要:以玫瑰无须鲃Puntius conchonius精子为材料,应用计算机辅助精子分析系统(CASA),研究了精子在不同pH和不同渗透压的NaCl溶液中的运动百分率、运动时间和运动速率。结果表明,酸性(pH<7.0)或碱性较强(pH>9.0)的溶液均不利于精子运动,而弱碱性(pH7.5~8.5)的溶液较适合精子的运动;在渗透压较低(<75mOsm/kg)或较高(>175mOsm/kg)的NaCl溶液中,精子的运动时间和运动百分率都显著较100~150mOsm/kg渗透压溶液中的短或低(P<0.05);而运动时间最长,并且运动百分率最高的条件为pH8.0和125mOsm/kg渗透压的溶液环境。Using rosy barb (Puntius conchonius) sperm as material and a computer-assisted semen analysis (CASA) system, we tested the percentage of swimming sperm, the swimming time span and the swimming velocity of the sperm in NaCl solutions with different pH and osmolalities. The results showed that acidic solutions with pH7.0 or strong alkaline solutions with pH9.0 are not suitable for sperm swimming, however weak alkaline solutions with pH from 7.5 to 8.5 are optimum for rosy barb sperm swimming. In NaCl solutions with lower (75 mOsm/kg) or higher (175 mOsm/kg) osmotic pressure, both the swimming life span and the percentage of swimming sperm were significantly shorter or lower (P0.05) than those in 100~150 mOsm/kg NaCl solutions respectively. In the solution with pH8.0 and 125 mOsm/kg, the sperm showed the highest swimming percentage and the longest swimming duration.
